俄方已确认：送美国航天员回地球

　　据塔斯社报道，当地时间14日，俄罗斯联邦航天局（Roskosmos）表示，美国航天员范德海（Mark Vande Hei）将于3月30日与两位俄罗斯航天员一同搭乘“联盟MS-19”号飞船自国际空间站返回地球。

　　The US astronaut due to return to Earth soon will do so as scheduled on board Russia's space capsule vehicle on March 30, the space corporation said on Monday.

　　此前，多家美国媒体质疑俄罗斯是否会因乌克兰局势导致的一系列制裁拒绝将美国航天员送回地球。

　　俄罗斯联邦航天局强调，“从来不会让人有理由怀疑其作为伙伴的可靠性”，国际空间站成员的安全是最重要的优先事项。

　　Roscosmos has never let anybody doubt its reliability as a partner," the Roscosmos' press-service has said.The corporation stressed that the ISS crew’s safety has always been its top priority.

　　据悉，搭载三人的飞船计划于莫斯科时间3月30日14:26落地。另两位一同返回的俄罗斯宇航员是安东·什卡普勒洛夫（Anton Shkaplerov）和皮奥特·杜布罗夫（Pyotr Dubrov）。

　　当地时间2021年4月9日，哈萨克斯坦拜科努尔航天发射场发射，美国航天员范德海和两位俄罗斯航天员 Oleg Novitsky 、Pyotr Dubrov。

　　据法国国际新闻频道“法国24”（France 24）报道，美国宇航局（NASA）在当地时间14日表示，与乌克兰战争有关的紧张局势对国际空间站的运营，以及美国宇航员将于月底乘坐俄罗斯太空舱返回的计划没有影响。

　　NASA on Monday insisted tensions linked to the war in Ukraine had no impact on International Space Station operations or the planned return of an American astronaut aboard a Russian capsule later this month.

　　Joel Montalbano, NASA's ISS program manager,said:"There's been some discussion about that, but I can tell you we're ready. Our Roscosmos colleagues have confirmed that they're ready to bring the whole crew home, all three of them," he continued.

　　此前，俄罗斯联邦航天局CEO德米特里·罗戈津曾用俄语发布了一段视频称，俄罗斯正考虑将范德海留在太空，只带两名俄宇航员返回地球。

　　上周末，罗戈津再次警告说，西方对俄罗斯的制裁可能会导致国际空间站坠毁，因为这会破坏对保持平台在轨道上至关重要的航天器的运行。

　　Over the weekend, Russian space agency chief Dmitry Rogozin warned again that Western sanctions on Russia could cause the ISS to crash, by disrupting the operation of spacecraft vital to keeping the platform in orbit.

　　法国24报道称，虽然美国为国际空间站提供动力和生命支持，但俄罗斯对于推进和姿态控制至关重要，从上世纪90年代项目伊始，两方就进入了相互依存状态。

　　While the US side of the ISS supplies power and life support, the Russian segment is vital for propulsion and attitude control -- interdependencies that were woven into the project from its inception in the 1990s.
